As you know every color is bagged and packed in the same location and that is also including before it gets to us from our supplier, minor contamination is rare but possible. 

- Pre orders or Monthy boxes can not be canceled or refunded. Pre orders and monthy boxes take approx 3-4 weeks to ship.
